Competencies: Knowledge of SAP, Knowledge of Excel Key Role and Responsibilities: Online system updation for Order entry form for US & EU markets Manual & online generated Proforma Invoice Issuance to customer Changes in Proforma Invoices as per customer requirement Order entry Form for Export & domestic orders tracking with stake holders for approvals Order entry form creation & processed for Import shipment MIS - OTIF for Customer Centricity Matrix MIS report & presentation Documents preparation for Internal & external audit & closely work on queries by auditor SAP master Creation - Process for SAP master creation data for customer, material & price CER & WBS creation for asset management in SAP SAP entries for CMO for stock posting GRN for RM/PM/SFG/FG, Issuance for RM/PM Closer of all open/old orders & system cleaning Stock reconciliation entries for CMO & Digwal Process for approval & posting for Write off & write ON stock Sales order creation updation as per requirements Trade compliance check at every new customer & evaluation of customer Weekly basis order book updation for status of Each open orders Product complaint assignment to investigation Unit Regulatory database updation for Customer & material Closely work for all system related issue with different stakeholders
