Designation: Executive Director - Marketing Qualifications: MBA from a reputed institute. Need not be an Engineer but preferred. A polyglot is preferred but not essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, oratory skills, and public speaking is a must. Age Group 45-50 years. Experience in any non-governmental organization is preferred Salary: Rs. 15-17 Lakhs + Economy Flights + Local conveyance Location: Chennai : Coordinate with the Boards, Forums to conceive a technical program and effectively execute them, and Travel to forge alliances and maintain relationships with sections. Public Relations. Brief Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End to End Activities in terms of all SAEINDIA Marketing, SAEINDIA PR and Event Management. Membership Promotion, Marketing of Sponsorships, Delegates, Exhibits, Advertisements for Conferences, PDP, Publications and Website. This position is responsible for all events across our Engineering Education Board
• Responsible for all Marketing Activities. Includes support to the Organizing Committees on Planning, Estimation, Co-ordination, Conducting, Budgets Vs Actuals, Planned Surplus, Overall Satisfaction of Customers & Stake Holders of all Programs.
• Create, Build and Lead a strong team to ensure successful Marketing, PR and Promotion of Memberships, Various Programs and Services directly and in co-ordination with Sections and other Stakeholders, as per plan formulated by various Boards and Committees.
• Customer, Membership, Industry Contacts Data Base Creation, custody and management.
• Ensure Proper and genuine Feedback from members on regular intervals for internal teams to work in line with the Member requirements. Overall responsibility for Member Satisfaction.
