Job Purpose eVidyaloka\xe2\x80\x99s core value proposition is to be mobilize volunteers from the community
as teachers and connect with rural villages of India. Currently over 40000+
volunteers are registered and over 1200+ of them have been teaching over 280
villages across 10 states in India.
The key to scale this to as many villages as we can, is the ability to reliably,
predictably and efficiently mobilize people from various segments and targets of the
society, screen and onboard them and keep them engaged.
This role, essentially, will be accountable in making the above happen and be ready
to scale.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with Head, Operations to outline the specific steps to onboard students
and enable learning on platform
\xef\x82\xb7 Work to streamline the class delivery in the digital classrooms set up by the
partners.
\xef\x82\xb7 Use excel, reporting tool to analyze data and generate business reports Principal
Accountabilities \xef\x82\xb7 Support Digital School Managers of the assigned state to enrol students,
create courses and sessions for delivery
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the volunteer requirements for the courses in the required regional
language and orient the volunteers about their role
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with Content Team and get the appropriate Marathi contents
(videos and worksheets) for the Digital School Managers to run their digital
schools
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor availability of videos and session links on Jupiter/ App for the
students to consume
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the sessions conducted through video classes and the live interactive
classes by volunteer teachers
\xef\x82\xb7 Capture feedback from the Digital School Managers on the app, the videos
and the sessions conducted by volunteer teachers
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the student enrolment under the Digital School Manager on Jupiter
\xef\x82\xb7 Observe the frequency of doubts shared by the students and the doubt
clearing sessions by volunteer teachers
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage dispatch of workbooks to Digital School Managers in MH
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate closely with Community Connectors and engage appropriately
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with Content Team to get the required videos classes, with the
Tech team to ensure the contents are on the platform and the app for
consumption. \xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain a record of sessions conducted in the Digital schools, the
student enrolled, the chapters covered, and the number of worksheets
provided to the students Individual
Performance
Measure 1. Relationship with the digital school managers
2. Realize the target of enrolling 15000 students on platform
3. Strategize and support the delivery on the platform to gear up for targeted
assignments.
4. A well refined Process Framework and sub frameworks for each function, as
a document, will be a key deliverable. Qualification

people, outside organizational boundaries, execution, social engagement,
etc
