Every year we host more than 160 in-person and virtual events, bringing together global audiences with world-class thought leaders for guided debate on topics such as sustainability, trade, the future of technology and work. Our events offer a platform for corporations, foundations, NGOs and governments to deliver a powerful message to a targeted and engaged audience, facilitating connections and engaging business leaders across the world. The digital marketing operations executive will be part of the Digital operations and Sustainability marketing team to improve the acquisition and retention of delegates and sponsors for our events. Accountabilities Responsibilities include and are not limited to Execute the digital marketing strategy Work across email marketing campaigns, organic and paid social Collaborate with internal teams to improve websites, create landing pages and optimise the user experience through our websites Manage the delivery of small website projects such as Insight Hours Create specific landing pages and develop nurturing campaigns for delegate and sponsorship lead generation Planning SEO activities to improve websites organic rankings using on-page and off page techniques Provide accurate reports and analysis, across all channels, to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) Execute the social media organic strategy by creating relevant assets and co-ordinating deployment schedule Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies Work on the event specific tools for example to create campaigns and social media sharing links for different stakeholders Identify trends and insights within our paid channels to optimise spend and performance based on the insights Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets / deliverables Keep up to date with current digital trends Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums Experience, skills and professional attributes Experience, skills and professional attributes Proven relevant digital marketing experience (3+ years) Good experience with email automation tools. Working knowledge of Eloqua is a plus Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels Experience with social media organic planning and execution Experience with website CMS - working knowledge of Wordpress is a plus Basic knowledge of SEO Critical thinker and problem solver Team player Time management Good interpersonal and communication skills Working knowledge of website analytics tool like Google Analytics is desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work towards tight deadlines An enthusiastic personality who is ready to take on challenges and work independently and proactively Budgeted Minimum Compensation Budgeted Maximum Compensation
