About the Position: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Operations Executive to join our team. The Marketing Ops Exec will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our brand, increase sales, and drive customer engagement in the additive manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company\'s overall strategy and objectives.
• Lead logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to develop targeted marketing strategies for the additive manufacturing industry.
• Support and execute all marketing back-end logistics.
• Manage and update the company\'s website and social media channels to ensure a strong online presence and generate leads.
• Assist in creation and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners to promote the company and its products and services.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop marketing collateral that meets the needs of different target audiences.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 2/+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on additive manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with marketing CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
