- Looking to hire female candidates with a pleasing personality.Experience : 2-5 years- 5 days working- Commercial experience (real estate)Roles & Responsibilities :- Execute office space lease transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge ensuring seamless communication, consistent follow up and reporting and timely execution.- Scheduling property site visits with potential clients.- Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential customer & eventual deal closing.- Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
