Roles and Responsibilities:1. Assist the Director with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. Follow up of emails, timelines.
2. Communicate with the staff on the Directors behalf and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities.
3. Taking back to back notes/ dictations of day to day discussions of ongoing projects across the country and overseas.
4. Co-ordination of Monthly Management Meetings/Reporting for Decision Making.
5. To manage Directors card expenses and filling bills for the timely reimbursement and bill payment.
6. Facilitating Preparation and Analysis of various MIS reports, automation there of besides presenting the results to Director on regular basis.
7. Taking part in discussions of day to day tasks and recording of MOMs.
8. Making all the necessary travel arrangements (VISA/booking of Air/ and hotel bookings) for the Director & senior management of the company.
9. Hosting foreign expats and guests and do necessary arrangements related logistics for their visit and stay in city.
10. Letter drafting for various purposes.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
3. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
