It works on habitat improvement & development in urban slums through building knowledge, skills and confidence of women resident in these communities. As of date, it is present in 700-plus slums across 10 cities of India and employs around 80 people who work along-side a similar number of women it has trained in these slums. Our growing body of work, capacity on the ground and accompanying learning requires a dynamic professional. Major Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage scheduling for Director, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics. \xc2\xb7 completing expense reports; \xc2\xb7 composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, \xc2\xb7 making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors, and many more similar duties. \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, power point presentations, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database \xc2\xb7 Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials \xc2\xb7 All other assigned work by the Director Location: This is a full-time position based at Ahmedabad. She should be open to planned travel within India when necessary. She should be committed to serving her contracts and commitments while working. Qualifications: Graduate \xe2\x80\x93 throughout in English Medium 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience Skills required: \xc2\xb7 Very good verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Expert in MS office \xe2\x80\x93 excel & powerpoint presentations, \xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Well-developed organisational skills. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Professional discretion. \xc2\xb7 An aptitude for learning new software and systems Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 per year Schedule:
