Native is mandated to hire an Executive Assistant for one of the well-known leaders for a leading pharmaceutical giant based out of southern India. This role calls for an individual poised to assist the leaders in designing business strategies that align with market trends and internal insights.

As an Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities involve:

- Leadership Guidance: Fostering innovation and accountability in strategic initiatives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with both internal and external partners, forging crucial relationships, and steering toward common strategic goals.

- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating strategic risks impacting business objectives, instituting a comprehensive risk management framework.

- Expansion: Driving initiatives for growth and entry strategies.

Desired Experience and Skills:

- Experience: A minimum of 8 -12 years within consulting and/or with a reputed pharma organization.

- Industry Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, including market dynamics and competitive positioning.

- Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights.

- Effective Communication: Proficiency in fostering relationships and navigating diverse stakeholder networks.

Educational Qualifications:

- An MBA or Master\'s from a reputable institution.
