THE POSITION :

- EVERSANA is looking for an outstanding Project Manager responsible for delivering, coordinating, managing, and supporting NAVLIN implementations. The Project Manager takes ownership and responsibility for project planning and execution and client success on project tasks throughout the assigned region. This role specializes in managing implementation, deployment, system configurations, testing and user training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:

- Plan and execute project deployments of NAVLIN.

- Engage regularly with Product team to scope, deploy, test, and validate and align with product roadmap.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Tests (UAT), present key findings/outcomes, and make suggestions for process improvements (internally) and operational improvements to key client stakeholders.

- Regularly meet customer stakeholders to coordinate project deployment and obtain feedback regarding new solutions.

- Meet regularly with the business analyst and development team to coordinate development and support requirements.

- Provide work estimates for inclusion in customer quotes and proposals.

- Develop project and training documentation.

- Be an ambassador for NAVLIN culture by ensuring the workplace maintains a positive, high-performance attitude.

- Provides subject matter guidance to customers.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Overall, 8 to 12 Years of industry experience.

- Must have Project Management Certifications (Any)

- Must have experience of Smart Sheets, MS Projects, Agile tools.

- Extensive (ideally proven) experience with several PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, and more agile tools)

- Proven track record of managing IT projects (even better: programs) as a project leader consisting at least of two of the following:

- Multi-region/multi-country rollouts.

- Corporate level spanning several BUs.

- In a service setting with external clients.

- Prior experience in client facing and stakeholder management.

- Actively participate in weekly calls

- Willingness to work from 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST.

- Excellent verbal & written communication

- Ability to explain complex situations in simple terms and adapt your tone for different stakeholders, business, and IT.

- Utilize empathy, active listening skills, and a unique ability to uncover customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

- Industry knowledge: Pricing and Market Access, key Pricing and Market Access challenges, global pricing management, international reference pricing, launch optimization, tender management, price optimization, etc. Overall HLS landscape and processes.

- Technical knowledge: Project management, Agile, ITIL, Integration, Microsoft development stack, out systems. Product certification, engineering credentials, or equivalent technical credentials is a plus.
