Reputed ERP Project ManagerLocation: HyderabadCareer Level: Manager / Associate ManagerQualifications: Any Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 6 - 20 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:

• Project mobilization, including construction or review of statements of work and budgets, resourcing, stakeholder engagement and management.
• Delivery of assigned ERP projects in line with contractual commitments, budgets and client expectations.
• Senior stakeholder management of both internal and external stakeholders
• Adherence to processes, policies and procedures regarding project delivery, financial and progress reporting, client data protection and project quality
• Other responsibilities including contribution to presales, coaching and supporting junior members of staff and supporting the continuous improvement of the business.
• Applying business knowledge to ensure that ERP solutions are aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to facilitate successful implementation and use of ERP solutions
• Participating in meetings with clients to discuss business needs and come up with recommendations for technology solutions that meet those needs
• Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions
• Managing the team of IT professionals who install and support ERP applications within an organization
• Ensuring that all IT projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supporting and managing external vendors who provide technical services such as hosting servers or maintaining databases
• Performing research to identify new technologies that could impact the company's business model or operations in the future
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.

Required Skills:

• Comprehensive SAP background across a variety of modules
• Expert in the use of Activate methodology or a formal Project Management certification.
• Expert in all aspects of Project Management including Budget, Planning and Risk Management
• Experienced across a variety of business sectors
• Expert in project planning
• A background in business or application processing would be an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries
• Hands-on delivery in IT Transformation Programmes
• Proven ability to deliver projects
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good Business Change Management or Transformation skills
• Calm under pressure and can meet tight deadlines
• Flexible, and must be prepared for travel to client sites.
