The primary responsibility of the Equipment Sales Manager will be to generate revenue through equipment sales in hospitals, and institutions and prepare and participate in tenders, etc. for products such as vascular Doppler, DVT prophylaxis systems, Pressure area care systems, Medical Beds, Patient Lifters, and hygiene products. The key responsibilities will include: Networking widely with key opinion leaders (KOL) such as Doctors, Nurses, Biomedical Staff, Directors/ C- Suite (COO/ CFO/ CEO) etc. throughout the private and public Acute and Long term Care facilities in the region-assigned (Multi-state). Completing comprehensive tenders with minimal support and utilizing all appropriate departments. Using research and understanding of our clients, and competitor\'s marketplaces to identify the client\'s requirements, issues, and opportunities to pitch our products that meet their expectations. Using sound financial knowledge, to fully understand the key financial drivers that concern Arjo and its clients thereby enabling strong commercial ability to negotiate and accurately prepare high-profile tenders within financial constraints. Clearly defining and showing the cost-benefit of our products and services now and in the future to the customers. Upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers who are expanding facilities/ adding equipment to existing facilities through tenders and direct purchases. Identifying new customers to add to our business in green field opportunities. Keeping abreast of competitor activities and ways to mitigate the same. Achieving Annual Sales Targets. Skills needed for the role: Excellent presentation skills and technical knowledge of our products. A growth mindset, a belief that you are in control of your own ability, and can learn and improve your personal and professional outcomes. Authentic and outstanding consultative selling and active listening abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills across all potential customers in a facility. A proven sales record with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and colleagues.
