Position Title: Equipment Sales Manager (Leasing)

? Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various Business development programs
? Accountable in getting the team to perform regular and effective Business Development to identify prospective clients who require Biomass machinery and seek appointments to identify suitable machinery.
? Have prior hands-on experience of Account Management. Should have individual Account relationships. Manage and maintain Key Account relationships
? Present offers of terms and conditions on machinery and Conduct inspections for clients who were looking to buy or lease machinery.? Analyse and advise clients on the details of machinery such as size, Specifications, Plans and the commercial terms of sale or lease
? Structure carries out transactions and conducted negotiations on behalf of the client to conclude sale / purchase or lease transactions
? Ensure maintenance of a database of machinery with details such as photographs, specifications, availability data, rent / sale Price, market rental values, capital values etc.
? Follow up with contractual deliverables such as payments, handover of machinery etc. as agreed on scope of work
? Execute annual business plans budgets pertaining to the allotted region
? Mentor and Support juniors in the team and groom them professionally to help them achieve excellence in their chosen field of occupation
? Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients
? Plan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients Skills & Experience
? Technical solution sales experience
? Preferably sold industrial or heavy equipment in prior roles
? Degree education of equivalent
? Knowledge of logistics and production processes in different industry segments
? Leadership experience
? Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills in English
? Able to travel nationwide 60 - 70% of the time show more
