For our Offshore Equipment department, we are looking for a Project Manager to join us in developing and managing projects in our equipment portfolio.Learn more aboutthe departmentbyreading (page 24-25). How to contribute to our vision Our product line is growing and so is the Equipment department. As our Equipment Project Manager you will execute projects with responsibility fordevelopmentofequipmenttotheturbine components both for transport, storage and installation.OurProject Managerwill be apart of scoping the projects and you establish and align deliveries with the key stakeholders throughout the project from start to handover. Thekey tasks are to ensure effective delivery of the right solutions in the right quality, motivate your team and perform overall scope management of your project. TheProject Manager for Equipmentwill also be working with: . Execute the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality). . Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management. . Manage a network of technical specialists in order to realize customer specific components, systems or solutions. . Coordinate the engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved engineering units including their interfaces. . Perform technical risk management and is responsible for the continuous evaluation of risk and opportunities What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for A self-driven andfact focused team player,who thrives working in afast-paced environment withstrictdeadlines. You will havestrong analytical skills andqualitative oriented approach towardsassignments.You should have excellent communication skills to interactwith stakeholders high and low in the organization. You should hold a university degree in engineering, and with3-5years of experience withinproject management. If you have experience with New Product Developmentwith multiple stakeholders andsuppliersitwill be an advantage. You arecapable of working, with people from different cultures at all organizational levels, and therefore also having excellentoral and written English skills.
