This role requires an experience Environment Lead for System, System Integration or End-to-End testing for projects that require changes to one or several systems. The key purpose of the role is: Under moderate supervision, the role-holder would be responsible for setting up the environment for the upcoming projects, analysing / triaging and fixing the environment issues identified during testing across the Mortgages, Lending and Collections business areas . What will you be doing Leading the strategic direction of the environment team, across multiple projects and programmes, in the disciplines of environment engineering. Driving and co-ordinating the deployment of software and hardware changes whilst ensuring the consistency and availability of environments to support the existing project portfolio Cultivating strong, collaborative working relationships with the wider IT and business functions as well as 3rd parties, ensuring that deliverables are aligned to overriding requirements and expectations. Significant experience with Continuous Integration tools and industry best practices Strong hands on exp in webappliccation development using React-Redux, JavaScript & ES6. Significant experience in HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap4 or MatrialUI Good understanding of SQL, ability to write complex sql queries. Must have hands on Express or relevant API development Framework in Nodejs Experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Saltstack, and Puppet, etc. Experience in coding and scripting solutions such as bash, python and power shell, etc Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. A working knowledge of Windows, SQL is also desirable. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent process management and documentation skills Knowledge of best practices of development, testing, operations, production, deployment, and monitoring. Knowledge and certification in agile software development technologies and DevOps. Use of Maven and Jenkins for the CI/CD DevOps pipeline process Must have strong hands on exp in webappliccation development using React-Redux, JavaScript & ES6 Experience in HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap4 or MatrialUI Understanding of Asynchronous programming Must have hands on Express or relevant API development Framework in Nodejs Experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Saltstack, and Puppet, etc. Experience in coding and scripting solutions such as bash, python and power shell, etc Experience in automation of the tools and the DevOps phases Experience in agile software development such as Java, .Net and Python, etc. Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
