Location: Building No 12D, Floor 5, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, IndiaJob Role Enterprise Solution Architect Focuses on establishing engineering practices, providing technology leadership across BU accounts and operational direction to Solutions Architects.Job Requirements Experience in defining and driving Technology Strategy, Roadmap & Technology consulting Ability to assess, architect, design, and manage the implementation of large software solutions Deep knowledge and experience in the area of enterprise application development, enterprise integration, enterprise mobile application development and cloud native development and cloud migration. Proven ability to lead, manage and drive high performance across technical and project teams. Proven track record in managing software platform development, including requirement scoping, estimation, conducting demonstrations and proof of concepts. Demonstrable relevant experience in defining reference architecture, technical standard works, governance standard works to a very high standard. Good understanding and hand on experience in Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure), Mobile Technology (IOS, Android and React Native/Flutter), Software Technology (Microsoft .Net, Java, Python) as well as other Open-source technology. Extensive knowledge in Software DevOps practice (Desktop, Web, Cloud, Mobile Technology) Knowledge of industry trends, vendors and partners and passion for technology. Resilience and drive to deliver results. Understanding of business processes and transformation aspects. Ability to present to all levels from C-level to technical staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven excellent consultative, facilitation and customer relationship skills. Commercial and financial awareness Confident, approachable, Self-driven, Result oriented and professional manner. Desirable Skills and Knowledge 18 years of relevant experience Enterprise Architecture experience, utilising TOGAF or equivalent methodology. Demonstrable management and leadership experience, including prior experience of building and developing a successful technical team/s Any cloud (public/hybrid) experience a distinct advantage. Principal Responsibilities Define, manage, and advocate architectural approach and software technology standards and best practices across the organization working with architects and consultants. Act as principal/lead architect on multi-technology solutions, analyse BU needs, develop proposals, create technical designs and other necessary documentation. Drive Software platform conceptualization, design, and development for Engineering Organization. Drive regular health check assessment across BU programs, plan mitigation plan for assessment risks Support the development of the Solutions Architects and senior technical resources team by coaching, mentoring, best practice sharing and providing stretch opportunities. Act as a sounding board and mentor. Continually analyse developments within the industry, competitors\' activities, and the needs of prospective and existing BU programs Proactively look for ways to improve collaboration and understanding between the Central Engineering organization and technical functions. Collaborate with the leadership team to suggest improvements to streamline business processes. Conduct bootcamp, workshops as and when required for competency development.
