Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Makes sure that M tier specific Engineering standards are well known and applied: Alert in case of deviation Manage corrective actions when necessary Propose improvements when relevant Manage Engineering Quality audits Supportm tierspecificContinuous Improvement Initiatives Improves Quality of M tier specific Engineering standards with the return of experience: Manage no recurrent list top issue and check recurrence in project execution, Lead REX committee and integrate return of experience in Engineering standard and golden rules Manages the assurance of quality of M tier Engineering deliverables: To check quality status of Engineering deliverables including REX Support Gate Reviewpreparation regarding Engineering scope To link engineering and manufacturing engineering (design for manufacturing) Support in deployment of DFMEA and CTQ flow down during Design phase Makes sure that Installation Reviews are efficiently held between Site & Engineering team: Challenge and check consistency of the Installation Review vs Project Risks, Make sure that IR are well prepared and fueled GR process, Follow action plan and update Installation Review status. Manage Engineering Quality issues: Make sure that problem solving process is properly applied and meet the objectives, Make sure that Engineering team is included in Customer issues solving process (if needed). To Update Quality andM tierEngineering KPIs, and propose action plans for improvement when necessary. Propose and follow up action plans for improvement Competencies & Skills Basic drawing reading skill Knowledge on MS Office tool Knowledge Lean Six Sigma, DFMEA and CTQ, Problem Solving Tools Teamwork and Customer oriented Sense of synthesis and managing complex issues Rigorous and ability to deal with different projects and missions BE engineer - Mechanical / Electrical with around 15+ years experience Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\'s mobility.
