About the Role :

• Leading the team in designing architecture for new features or new microservices.
• Seeks excellence in all engineering disciplines inclusive of data processing, quality assurance, application development, analytics, and algorithms
• Working closely with other managers and VP and report to them day by day, weekly and monthly
• Research new technology and solution alternatives to find the best solutions based on business needs and problems
• Administer facets of personnel administration including hiring, performance management, resource allocation and associate development
• Ensure the optimal application of engineering resources in order to meet product development and tiket.com customer requirements and ensures the implementation of agile processes that support site/software development processes

Requirements:

• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Well-motivated, responsible with deadlines, and can work under pressure
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with React.js (Flux or Redux)
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD, Refactoring, Unit Testing
• Experienced with Test-Driven Development
