Hiring for Engineering Manager ( Ruby on Rails/Elixir)Location : BangaloreSalary : Upto 40 LPA ( depending upon experience)Desired Skills Sets : React/Angular ( Frontend) & Ruby on Rails/Elixir ( Backend)Requirements:2+ Years experience in leading engineering teams.8+ years of experience building good quality production software.Experience in defining roadmaps, recruiting team members and mentoring team members.Experience in implementing complex projects with multiple dependencies.Experience with large-scale, distributed sytems development.Experience in collaborating with multiple organisations both internal and external.For backend lead, excellent knowledge of at least one ecosystem based on Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, Node/Express, Java/Scala/Clojure or any other backend stacks.For frontend lead, excellent knowledge of at least one ecosystem based on React/Redux/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, Angular/TypeScript, React Native/Cordova or any JavaScript based stacks.Knowledge of using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure and working with CI/CD.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?3,000,000.00 - ?4,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:
