You will be expected to lead design discussions, initiate POCs, present technical topics in staff meetings be curious be a role model for juniors. What are we looking for 1. 8-12 years of hands on experience in development and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and other front-end languages. 2.Have the technical chops to roll up sleeves and provide technical leadership to major projects but also build and manage a team of top-notch engineers. 3.Manage business goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop the team. 4.Perform regular 1:1 evaluation and share & seek feedback. 5.Operate with scale and speed amidst flux, there is just a LOT happening. 6.Become a mentor to our world-class software engineers who are just getting started. 7.Work closely with Product Management, Business Development and Operations team and enable them by providing scalable and high-quality technology solutions at a rapid pace 8.Set up best practices for engineering and champion their adoption and at the same time. 9.Architect & design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions 10. Work with designers, business analysts, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment. 11. Perform well in uncertainties and collaborate and work with unclear interfaces to other teams in our rapidly evolving organizations. Who can apply 1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred. 2.At least 6 years of work experience in building modern web 3. 2 years of experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on 4. with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry 5.Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable, fault-tolerant and available 6. with new open-source technologies and their adoption into product development 7. in programming languages like ReactJs, NextJs, etc and tools like Webpack, Webhooks, Redux, & Flux. 8.Should have deeper knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and 9. knowledge of how to build modern web applications which are cloud native, fault tolerant and highly communication skills. 10.Willingness to work under pressure.
