Key Responsibilities

- Support MR / CISO for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 27001 and future certification activities.
- Coordination with internal stake holders and external auditors for audit schedule planning & execution.
- Conduct audits in allocated areas with respect to plan and ensure closure of open points.
- Manage and ensure achievement of set KPI (E.g.: Timely completion of allocated activities, Closure of open issues etc.)
- Ensure and monitor process compliance and drive improvements through internal audits
- Suggest and drive implementation of continual improvement projects and operational excellence.
- Support purchase team for supplier audits
- Documentation management and coordination with legal team for project related documents, wherever applicable.
- Support in training of internal teams

Key Skillset

- Compliance for certification: QMS, Information Security, TISAX etc.
- Process benchmarking & improvements
- Timely completion of activities (Audits, NC closure, Implementation of improvement initiatives, MIS preparation etc.)
- Support and guide the team for Product Development and APQP implementation

Key Qualifications/Requirements

B.E., in Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering Post Diploma / Diploma in Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering
Experience-2-3 Years

Additional Information

• Knowledge and proficiency in relevant business process certifications and standards: QMS, Information Security, TISAX, APQP, IATF etc.
• Awareness of cyber security will be added advantage
• Working experience in automotive industry preferably in automotive engineering services
• Internal / Lead auditor for applicable standards
• Experience in conducting audits for various functions for QMS & ISMS requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office, MIS preparation
• Training support
