:

Project Implementation to Delivery with optimum cost efficiencies & controls

• Cost efficiency management and Cost controls for the complete project Implementation to delivery i.e. including capex cost optimization / Contractual Manpower /OPEX /Utilities adherence against the Business case developed by solution team Vs the onground work scope delivery.
• Validation of all vendor & service commercial agreements price index Vs Back to Back with cost considerations in the solution deck developed.
• Project Due diligence for Bangalore new site & project activities & related to Facility clearances i.e. covering all Approvals, Licenses, Compliances with along with respective stakeholders.
• Agility - Contract management and ensuring commercial terms in line to approved project, thus ensuring YOY margins achievements / safeguarding for Project
• Continuous risk monitoring & mitigation with review & due diligence process for all activities related to Cost Management i.e. Facility, Manpower, Licenses, Weight & Measurement statutory compliances etc
• Project On Time delivery tracking & monitoring with relevant functions / stake holders as per targeted timeline
• Developing Billing SOP for India Business in conjunction with RO Finance.
• Project Health Dashboard - at required frequencies to HIPL Management on regular basis
• Timely mitigation of bottlenecks around the Project, Timely Go Live
• Business Risk Mitigation / Business Continuity Plan - development along with all internal & external partners / Stake holder.

Built To Suite (BTS) Project Management - Ensuring 5-year Plan delivery for CL

• Preparation of new projects business cases/ location wise (BTS) in conjunction with BD.
• Tracking all the BTS Projects towards seamless roll out, in line to 5 Yr Growth plan of Contract Logistics
• Due diligence for all new BTS project activities & related to Facility clearances i.e. covering all Approvals, Licenses, Compliances with alongwith respective stakeholders prior to investment & Security Deposit payouts.
• Commercial & Related Terms Agreement / Validation as per approved Project charters with Developers & Vendors in conjunction with Central Procurement and Legal.
• 100% Project tracking with relevant stakeholders/functions post covering Top Line & BottomLine adherences.
• BOQ standardization around BTS Project and creating Green Channel Items list for Procurement team to RFQ for longer terms / period, ensuring all future projects faster rollouts & early revenue recognitions for HIPL in Contract Logistics.
• Assist the business head to ensure Business Risk Mitigation / Business Continuity Plan development along with all internal & external partners / Stake holder.

Business Process Management

• Verticals Growth Monitoring and creating sector wise Growth and Cost template for tracking 5 Year Growth Plan in conjunction with BD.
• Creating business process templates Developing Process methodologies Initiative / Continuous Business Improvement in line to the best in industry available benchmarks
• New Customer Pricing & Validation as per HIPL template in conjunction with CL Finance.
• Analyzing and monitoring implemented best practices in Contract Logistics through data sheets.
• 100% New Customer roll outs tracking with relevant Stakeholders/Functions ensuring Top Line & BottomLine delivery.
• New Sector / Business Initiatives validations with the Commercial Teams.
