ABOUT THE ROLE MANDATORY SKILLS: SnapLogic, Mulesoft, Oracle DESIERED SKILLS: AWS, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, PostGRES, ETL Tools
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: BE/B Tech/MCA
The candidate should have experience in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.
Having knowledge in any ETL (Informatica/Datastage/Talend) is added advantage.
Perform analysis of the application production issues for various market requirements/issues

Maintenance and enhancement of the capabilities of BPM & BRMS as per various Market needs

Willing to learn and adopted new technologies in short period of time as required in Application.

Co-ordination with project team for defect management and successful deployment of the enhancements to the production tenants.

Perform analysis for proposing solution/technical design for various market requirements

Implementation of design solutions for enhancement of the capabilities of PAM as per various Market needs

Advanced troubleshooting spanning related integrations

Accountable for the Veeva Data Integration production support activities.

He should ensure all services across the Collaboration function are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Owner for effective implementation of service delivery processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management.

Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, work and documents.

Responsible for service delivery of Veeva CRM/OCE and SalesIQ Data Integration in International, Europe and Canada regions

Manage Incident, Service Request from regions and related communication

Support Application Manager (AM) on RCA and Problem management

Advanced troubleshooting, break-fix for issues spanning Veeva and related integrations

Maintain Service levels - deliver service as per KPI to different markets

Monitoring applications, systems & interfaces and ensure data quality across systems supported

Work with internal IT and Shared support to ensure adequate infrastructure is available for service support

Proactive analysis, validation & working on product issues with SaaS providers such as Veeva, SFDC
