Job Description

Installation of wood processing machines in the assigned customer locations.
r Train the customer and customer technicians on wood processing machines.
r Attend customer complaints and provide proper solutions to achieve good customer satisfaction.
r Achieve set goals with accurate self trackers and submit to superiors periodically.
r Closing the assigned calls and coordinate with the customers for part identification, spares offer, spares dispatch and fixing the problem to complete the call.
r Suggest suitable spare parts to the customers to ensure proper working of the wood processing machines.
r Attend international service calls based on organisational requirements.
r Maintain good rapport with customers and customer technicians.
r Maintain good rapport with sales personnel and provide market information to ensure good business growth.
r Support sales team by visiting customers for technical discussion/demos.
r Organise exhibitions, trade shows and support business promotion initiatives.
r Should be ready to travel any time and availability over the phone.
