• Knowledge for Production Planning, Procurement & Vendor development
• Uploading the sales plan & synchronisation with Production plan in SAP
• Knowledge of MRP ,capacity planning & manpower planning
• Ensuring that right stock is being made available at all warehouses as per plan.
• Ensure the invoicing to be done within SLA
• To prepare unit wise & SKU wise monthly production plan, send to production for validation & track the Plan Vs Actual.
• To minimize variances in target vs actual of FG & raw material inventory.
• To minimize non- moving stocks & ensure timely liquidation of slow moving stocks
• To ensure FIFO method to be followed in all warehouses.
• RUN MCPC(ABC) analysis for stocks & ensure the correct masters to be updated in SAP
• Creating & posting documents for GAP during stock Verification
• Responsible for stock transfers between the plants
• Download PR & Places PO in SAP to intercompany & local vendors
• Good coordination within the team & cross teams such as Finance, CRM, Sales etc
• Hands on experience on SAP PP & MM, fluency in running reports in SAP & makes MIS for management.
• Good Knowledge of SAP masters PP & MM can help in resolving the day to day problem in SAP.

For Purchasing/Sourcing

• Procurement of local electrical and mechanical machining parts.
• On-time purchase & follow-up in order to meet the requirements for both of production and inventory control.
• RFQ & Contracts
• Vendor developments & sourcing the right material, right quality, right time on right price.
• Work closely with sourcing team and global procurement team to solve the material shortage issue.
• Negotiating supplier agreements & contracts.
• Ensure all local items are supplied within the quality specs & within the defined SLA with vendor.
• Follow up with the vendors for timely supplies.
• Tracking Supplier performance matrix as per global standards
• Bring cost saving ideas & implement them to bring savings to company

What you need to have:

• Diploma with 4-6 years of experience.
• Knowledge for Procurement, Production Planning, Vendor development.
• Basic knowledge on SAP PP & MM, MIS & Excel fluency.
• Good communication / influencing skills
• Ability for effectively interface with different teams
• Strong analytical and simulation skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
