  • Effective production planning to achieve productivity and improve OEE
– Extrusion activities of HDPE pipes – Manpower handling – Implementing Standard practices of Pipe Extrusion to reduction of rejection and down time – Optimal utilization of Machines & manpower to achieve production goals following quality & safety standards – Computer savvy, exposure to ERP preferably SAP – Maintaining quality of product – Training to Operators and Juniors – Administrative works of HDPE extrusion dept. and reporting to Extrusion head – Technical know how and troubleshooting activities for extruders
