Job Description

Regular: 1. Conduct Load Measurements (vibration, temperature) on EV-vehicle in real field condition [in-house / at OEM]. 2. Data Plausibility check and data transfer from work site using appropriate digital technologies to data evaluation experts. 3. Conduct Evaluation of measured loads and release of Evaluation report 4. Support to Expert group with Risk assessment. 5. Coordination with International teams for method development and deployment for India 6. Support traveling engineers with technical support during problem solving Should be available for extensive travel at short notice. Qualifications B.E. (Electrical and Electronics) / (Automobile) / (Mechatronics) Additional Information a) Essentially required: - Understanding of Electric / Diesel / Gasoline / Hydrogen system components - Good knowledge with vibration experimental, numerical or analytical topics - Hands-on experience with Vibration Data Acquisition tools - Exposure to product development processes and project management processes - Willingness to business travel (inland and worldwide) in short notice b) Desired: - Exposure to FLOW / project management process - Ability to interact with Cross functional teams during the design & development phase - Ability to interact with suppliers and clarify design & manufacturability questions related to proto & component build - Knowledge in design calculations, Fatigue Analysis and Engineering Methodology - Good problem solving & analytical capabilities Should have experience in developing of tools using Python, R platforms Knowledge of AI and ML Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil
