Key Responsibilities
- Daily Manpower deputation according to defined plan of shift.
- Good undersatnding of assembly drawings of hydro and generator parts.
- Ensure availabilty of parts for assembly from stores and advance planning of tools.
- To ensure that team works with efficiency ( Reduction of idle time).
- Improvement in productivity by ensuring process imrprovements and new ideas.
- Should be able to make sequence for assembly of parts.
- To ensure good 5S on shop floor.
- To ensure on time delivery of assemblies.
- To ensure completion of assemblies without compliances.
- Controlling on non-conformities related to quality of parts.
- To ensure that team works in safe conditions during shift operations.
- Should be able to speak and understand Hindi and English
- B. Tech with 1-2 yrs. Of Experience
