Position Title : Sr. Engineer - Quality Assurance (Paint Shop)
Department : QUALITY
Location : Plot No. B-3, TML Vendor Park,
Education: DME / BE (Mechanical)
Skills and Work Experience: 1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 2. Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn quality processes. 3. Quality Cost Analysis for Rework, Scrap, Warranty failures etc. 4. Preparation of PPAP reports. 5. Cp , CpK study for trial components. 6. Management of Gauges & Instruments for periodic calibration. 7. Inspection of Raw Material & Inward Components. 8. Inspection of components from in process stages to final stages of manufacturing. 9. Daily reporting to Plant Head / Dept. Head.

Responsibilities: 1. Reviews process procedures, quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem. 2. Ensures that products meet the organizations and customers quality and product integrity requirements. 3.Experience in relevant field / our sized group. 4.Exposure in Press & Fabrication. 5. Knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP DOCUMENTS. 6.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems like TS 16949: 2002, drawing reading of critical components, various inspection Methods. 7. Having Hands on Experience of all kinds of precision measuring Instruments.
