Engagement Manager

Responsibilities include:
- Leads day to day interaction with client informing the Partner of potential impediments or conflicts

- Displays innovative approaches to problem solving and identifying alternative methodologies

- Develops the project plan with timelines and deliverable milestones to ensure successful project completion on time and on budget

- Leads project teams in the design, development and execution of project deliverables including intuitive representations of key findings and recommendations easily communicated to the client

- Serves as main point of contact with client including managing communication and follow up with client after project deliverables have been completed to ensure high client satisfaction

- Identifies potential business development opportunities for follow on work or referrals from client

- Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies, pharmaceutical market and industry trends to strengthen subject m atter expertise internally and with client

- Mentors junior staff and shares subject matter expertise in data analysis, synthesizing recommendations, developing insights

Requirements:

- A focus on client service and delivering high quality work output.

- Proven experience in consulting methodologies, tools and techniques

- Proven experience in leading teams in design, development and delivery of consulting projects with varying complexity

- Experience analyzing client requirement and developing proposals for innovative solutions

- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, pharmaceutical industry and key healthcare issues

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

- Strong written and verbal communication including presentation skills and consultative business approach
