The Sr. Social Media Manager sits on our Human Resources team and has a matrix global and local
reportings.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
\xe2\x97\x8f Architect and manage a powerful and measurable local activation strategy that brings our
Power Your Possible employment brand to life across the talent marketplace where we
compete for PTEC talent.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create compelling and engaging social-first content and creative assets to support
employer brand communications initiatives, partnering closely with the Employer Brand
team, Social Media Lead, Talent Acquisition; and the Social Media graphics designer
\xe2\x97\x8f Create and execute paid social campaigns in popular social platforms including LinkedIn,
performing daily optimizations and ongoing reporting on live campaigns
\xe2\x97\x8f Strategize the paid social user journey from social content to digital destinations \xe2\x80\x93 setting
up the required infrastructure to track valuable actions
\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate content performance results and interpret into actionable insights to inform
employer brand social strategy

What experience you need:
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience leading employment brand activation strategies in the India labor market
\xe2\x97\x8f 8+ years experience and bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communications, Social Media, Advertising
or a related field
\xe2\x97\x8f 8+ years experience in paid media campaign creation and management with strong
preference to candidates with financial services or technology experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in working with analytical tools specific to social media
