Roles & Responsibilities: As a Coordinator in EB, you support the Employer Branding Lead in organizing and coordinating initiatives and events whilst promoting Lodha as the most desirable place to work for. Working in the role you will be required to:
Plan, organize events, publish and share new content on a regular basis that helps in building the employees engagement, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
You support implementing internal brand engagement activities to promote Lodha as the best company to work for, through internal and external communication channels
You coordinate initiatives to enhance internal communication channels to increase awareness of career development opportunities and help drive the \xe2\x80\x9cBuild the Best and Be the Best\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cWe Care\xe2\x80\x9d culture.
You create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
You follow up on reporting tools to evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement and satisfaction
You collaborate with different departments within HR , sites and regional offices to create the best content for our colleagues and future stars
