JD - Employee Communications & Engagement Assistant - ACS GDC India Position Summary: The ACS-GSS India team is 900 people strong and has a significant presence in Bangalore, with representation in Noida as well. We are a collaborative, creative and fast-paced team that loves to experiment with new ways to engage employees through progressive programs and technology. We are looking for a dedicated support function who will help make an impact across diverse employee touchpoints. You will work with the Employee Communications & Engagement Manager towards helping fulfil their various responsibilities towards the organization. Summary: Write / edit drafts of internal communications documents ad emails/emailers to support the Manager\'s role. Visually use graphics etc to enhance internal communications material including intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts and speeches. Assist in calendaring events, and curate lists using excel or similar, towards scheduling events. Create visuals, stitch together videos, enhance PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate with events, facilities, and security teams to ensure smooth execution of events. Ideate and brainstorm on creative video and audio projects. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs. Additional job requirements: Collaborate and create a video/audio project that best meets stakeholders\' needs using various video/audio software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audible and their plugins). Edit video to include packaging, stock shots, music, graphics, dialogues, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project as required. Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements, while working with design guidelines. Ability to work with external vendors, if needed. Be flexible in order to connect with different team members as per their availability. Work on different comms like videos, audio bites, podcasts, 3D assets and more. Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video\'s creation. Managing complete postproduction end to end. Minimum Qualification - .Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline is required .2-3 years of professional experience with graphics, writing, MS Outlook, visual tools. .Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Mocha, Photoshop, Colour Grading etc. would help. .Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook .Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in both individual and group situations for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development .Be a creative problem solver .Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment .Research, discover and implement new tools, technologies, and industry best practices to maximize efficiency .A portfolio / samples of work done is a must.
