JOB DESCRIPTION Scope of SALES MAN:- Responsible to help and build business by identify new business prospects, selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and travelling along with samples or products. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirement, compliances and concerns Builds business targets and achieves the sales target by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the business; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products to new clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing supports, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements (substitute). Identify product improvements or new products on current fashion trend, market activities and competitors Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge, Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results & achieve organizational results Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products (Sample display), to entertain and provide all support to demonstrate samples and product when customer visits at Surat facility, proper maintenance of display rooms and codification of products for smooth display. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and cost of sales , clearance of all travel bills and sales orders. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and sample demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences time to time, collecting desired information for growth / achieving targets of sales Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or customers compliances Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with all teams, providing support for to operational department for quality enhancement and to meet delivery schedules Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
