1. Designing of micro controller based circuits
2. Sound knowledge of Analog electronic circuit design.
3. Sound knowledge of Power electronic circuit design.
4. Schematic designing and PCB development using Eagle, Ki kad, Protel software.
5. Developing new Power circuit Scheme, Designs New control Circuit Testing and Troubleshooting at the
component level.
6. Embedded programming of control cards using embedded C (LPC 2148 based)
7. Experience in ARM processors(LPC 2148) and knowledge of hardware like Stepper Motor, DC Motor, proximity
Sensors, IR sensors, Potentiometer, Encoder etc.
8. Knowledge on the communication protocols like I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, USB, etc.
9. Understanding the fundamentals of 8/16/32 bit microcontroller.
10. High level of skills in embedded C firmware debugging, developing and programming.
11. Highly logical and analytical skills
12. Knowledge of electronic tools such as multimeter, CRO, logic analyser etc.
13. Support product development and modification.
14. Testing and Troubleshooting of Microprocessor & Micro-controller based control card. Designing work includes
specification study.
15. Cross-functional coordination and issue handling
16. Experience in Automotive Domain(Updated knowledge of various vehicles controls and features)
17. Requirement gathering, system analysis and finalization of technical specification.
18. Defining best practices for project support and documentation
19. Interfacing with clients for requirement gathering.
20. Identifying documents related to components and maintaining detailed study of the same.
21. Supporting service personnel on site. Guiding manufacturing team in preparing cable harness diagram and PCB
