Role: Electrical Wiring Harness Engineer (EMI/EMC) Experience: 5 to 13 Years Location: Bangalore Notice period: Immediate/30 days :

• Must have experience in Electrical Wire harness Installation, Extraction and/or Form board design activities, should have thorough knowledge on wiring & harness component selections and experience in implementing EMI/EMC methods for electrical wiring design.
• Expert in Electrical Wire harness Installation & Form board drafting standards knowledge, Expert in Catia V5 tool (Electrical/Formboard WB), Must have experience in preparation of manufacturing BOM.
• Expert with thorough knowledge of MIL 704D, MIL-W-5088L/SAE AS50881, MIL-E-7016, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, MIL-B-5087 & DO-160 standards.
• Expert in configuration management, requirements traceability and related processes.
• Analytical Skills (Technical) - skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
• Computer Aided Design Tools - knowledge of computer aided design tools and systems (e.g., computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), computer aided three dimensional interactive (CATIA)). Able to manipulate data sets, (e.g., compare CATIA to measurement data, create stereo lithography files).
• Design / Produce Process - knowledge of design, production, and build processes (e.g., maintenance access solid, dependability cost model, producibility trade-offs) to effectively influence product design.
• Drawings/Data Sys and Models - knowledge of drawings, data systems and models (e.g., ""used on"" drawings, part relationships, product data management) in order to understand design requirements.
• Electromagnetic Interference/E - knowledge of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) considerations with respect to electrical/electronic design (e.g., wire harness design, grounding and shielding design techniques, lightning protection).
