Designing the 3D wiring harness for various levels. 2. Preparation of circuit diagrams for wiring harness. 3. Should responsible for Design releases PLM, Team Center, Smaragd, etc. 4. Should responsible for Electrical functional check in the vehicle. 5. Providing the product Architecture for harness routing design and prepare & realize technical and Functional inputs. 6. Designing of Harness according to standards and general guidelines of harness routing. 7. Implementing the cost saving ideas for wiring harness and optimization for different variants and preparing business case. 8. Working on Release activities of harness and Electrical components. 9. Solving routing issues regarding Electrical harness as per customer requirements. Required skills & knowledge: 1. Good knowledge in CHS tool for design of wiring harness. 2. Good knowledge in UG \xe2\x80\x93 NX tool for wiring harness design. 3. Good Understanding of Vehicle layout and Wiring Harness routing concepts. 4. Creating the concepts and detailed layouts of wiring harnesses at various levels vehicle. 5. Sound knowledge in Electrical harness drawings & schematic. 6. Experience in creation of installation drawings. 7. Drawing preparations for wiring harnesses as per the requirements. 8. Good knowledge on Plastics &Sheet metals (Design considerations). 9. Developing Electrical 2D to 3D models. 10. Strong knowledge in electrical wiring harness and components and its release process. 11. Good knowledge of automotive electronic control systems - Functional, design aspects, application & integration. 12. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional team to achieve the required functional/cost/weight/timing & quality objectives. Qualification: Bachelors in Electrical / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 1 to 4 years of experience in Design & Development of Wiring Harness from any reputed Automobile OEM companies. Work Location: Your primary work location will be at our customer location at Oragadam, Chennai Timings: Your job timings will be on General shifts (MONDAY \xe2\x80\x93 FRIDAY,08:00AM to 05:30PM). Whenever required, you may need to work for the task delivery on Weekdays and Weekends (SATURDAY).
