& Responsibility -
:
Design and Development of Automotive Wiring harness from concept to production.
- Understanding of automotive Electrical System and Wiring harness design.
- 3D wiring harness layout creations, routing in CATIA.
- Clamping, brackets/panel design for the wiring and cables for packaging and
- Information fitment drawing preparation and understanding.
- Knowledge of 2D drawing creation in CHS/CATIA.
- Knowledge of Wiring harness design techniques for vehicle functional safety and
- Benchmarking, Cost Reduction, DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM
- Support for making prototype vehicles, pre-production & serial production
Distinguishing skills required:
- Knowledge of design aspects for automotive circuits, wiring harness, GD&T
- Knowledge of electrical aggregates used on automotive applications and their
- Proficient in Computer aided analytical tools to assist in a faster, better and cost
- Knowledge of interfacing components to ensure system level design
- Should have understanding of engineering BOM.
- Working knowledge of problem solving techniques and design optimization.
- Knowledge of verification, testing, regulatory and validation requirements.
- Should have basic knowledge of regulatory / certification requirements like
Education - BE/B.TECH in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Experience - 03 - 06 years
