:

Domain - Electrical
Sub-Domain - Wiring Harness - Circuit Schematic Design
& Responsibility - Design Engineer

- Ckt Schematic design in CHS Capital logic (logical diagram,Physical diagram etc),
- Schematic Design in Capital Interative and Generative flow.
- EDS Design calculations- Power distribution, Ground distribution, Resistance calculations
- Running DRCs, Schemaic simulation- Voltage drop and Short circuit fuse blow analysis
- EDS Schematic Topology design for vehicle platforms, Vehicle electrical architecture & CAN backbone design
- 2D drawing in both CHS and Catia V5
- Selection of fuses, relays, connectors, wires, coverings, parking clips/clamps.
- In depth Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Design Standards.
- Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Manufacturing Process.
- Sound Knowledge of Auto Electrical trouble shooting.
- Sound Knowledge of Vehicular Electrical Components.
- Engineering process tools such as DFMEA, 8D, ECN, etc.
- Release in PLM.
- Knowledge of DVLO / CVLO / SVLO / SAM / 4D
- Accountability of schematic & harness delivery ensuring vehicle functionality & timelines.
- Interaction with CFT for input collectiion & interface sign off
- Adherence to Design processes & WCQ requirements,
- Vitual analysis & design calculations
- Data management & releases as per guidlelines.

Design Software Tools:
a) Experience in CHS (Logic and Xc)
b) Experience in Catia V5 (Electrical module)
c) Exposure to JT Visualization

Database Knowledge: Exposure to PLM

Additional Requirements:
a) Should be able to work in shifts.
b) Willing to relocate as required.
c) Should have good Communication skills.
d) Experince in EV will be an added advantage

Education - BE/ B Tech - Electrical / Electronics
Experience - 1-3 years in Automotive Electrical
