Manager / Manager ElectricalTeam Management: Overall Planning & work assignment to the teamAllocation of work based on the prioritiesPerform daily / weekly / monthly Reviews of the departmental tasks and staffMaintain and improve Company Knowledge Database (Electrical Circuits, Machine Program Backup / service /user/ installation manuals and Tech Bulletins)Maintain and improve Database (Machines History Files - Both Soft & Hard copies) & ensure proper presentation of the EngineersTo ensure that Engineers perform tasks accordingly to company quality standards and guidelines Ensure proper diagnose of technical problemsInterview and select the Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineers suitable for the Machine Assembly, Installation and ServiceDevelop and train Electrical Engineers for the electrical layout, wiring, PLC Programming and Trouble shoottingElectrical / Electronics / Pneumatics / AutomationDevelop electrical design, schematics, and drawings in CADExperience in design & development of Electrical & Pneumatic circuitsInterpret mechanical design drawings for electrical requirements (AutoCAD / CREO)Machine Automation design for assembly & functionsTo maintain existing standards and develop new conceptsDevelop electrical bill of materials (EBOM)Power up electrical systems and configure hardware as per application specificationsCheck quality of assemblers and technicians work and respond to inquiries during assemblySoftware KnowledgeDesign and develop software applications based on given requirements and specificationsProgramming Logic Controllers (PLC) (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Delta & Omron)Understand client requirements for GUI/communication interface, networking and create specifications based on these requirementsReview, repair, and redesign legacy codesTroubleshoot issues with existing company installed systemsWrite user manuals to communicate functionality of company developed programsTechnical writing including Software Management Plan (e.g. SDS, SRS, Test Plan, Traceability Matrix, User/Operating Manual with Troubleshooting Guide, Spare Parts List with Vendor Part Number)Qualification & SkillsB E / B Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics or Equivalent8 to 10 years (Asst. Manager) / 12 to 15 years (Manager) of experience in the Machine Manufacturing IndustryC License Certification for Electrical Installation by the Govt. authorities preferredProficient in Design/Drafting Tools AutoCAD and CREOJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per yearBenefits:
