• Design and develop electrical panel for data centre cooling application in line with customer requirements.
• Able to understand electrical schematic, preparation of bill of materials, co-ordinate with electrical panel vendor for development, validation and testing of electrical panel.
• Selection of electrical switch gear
• Preparation of power and control wiring scheme as per IEC standard
• Costing estimation of electrical panel
• Preparation of wiring instruction to operator
• Hands on Experience on 2D software like ECAD, EPLAN
• Electrical component qualification and documentation
• Good knowledge on PFMEA, DFMEA, Risk Assessments, PQCS, CQCS Etc.
• Support for DFM/DFA discussions with the project team.
• Responsible for key project deliverables involved in the PMP
• Monitors solution performance in the prototyping, test and verification phase.
• Drive technical solutions and reviews with internal design team and multiple sub-suppliers and solution providers
• Generation of ECO and ECN for Design, Test and Component changes. Ensure that all the ECO\xe2\x80\x99s and ECN are implemented.
• Lead the Component Engineering function for Internal and External ISO audits.
• Guide the support functions with the processes involved in the PMP.
• Document and present and manage all the communications associated with in the scope of his/her responsibility.
• Creation of new parts numbers for all the Electrical components used in the PMP projects in PDM
• Assist in new vendor qualification process.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/Diploma Equivalent (Electrical Engg)
• Years of experience : Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
