Purpose of the Job
To analyze equipment performance on a day-to-day basis to ensure product quality and production continuity and to continuously evaluate and optimize standard maintenance practices and PPM programs.


Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing PPM plans in the maintenance management system.
• Generation of purchase requisitions.
• Responsible for all the electrical activities in the Site.
• Analyze periodically all data relevant for the maintenance process e.g., maintenance history, MTBF.
• Monitoring energy consumption and taking corrective actions if there are any abnormalities.
• Maintaining Power Factor at 0.99 to 1.
• Support the process to define the best approach to optimize equipment reliability.
• Support the process of determining the cause of failure during the execution of the maintenance job.
• Define spares needed, warrant spares and ensuring stocks meet production requirement.
• Facilitate machine safety analysis.
• Responsible for increasing machine availability and maintenance cost down.
• Regularly check safety device and critical safety spares.
• Local catalogue manager for MRO items.
• Responsible for Role of Gatekeeper and Goods receiver in SAP.
• Responsible for small projects including Electrical scope.
• Responsible for Operation & maintenance of Solar Plant.
• Responsible for Compliance to decided action w.r.t DICI activities.

You bring

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience as a maintenance engineer in an international chemical plant operation.
• Experience in SAP or similar maintenance management software.
• Experience in process hazards analysis, machine safety studies and local regulations.
• Language fluency in English and Hindi.
