Please share your resume by applying now or can share the resume directly on santosh@keystoneqs.com Good to Have Design Work experience as MEP engineer with MEP Consultants Experience of MEP Services for Residential Commercial IT Buildings Quantity Take off, Develop cost estimation & Bill of materials as per design concept BOQ, , Rate Analysis and Prepare Cable size calculation and cables list (schedules), Prepare Load Lists, Prepare Hazardous Area Classification with Designer support Prepare Panel schedules (Power and Lighting), Interconnection and Wiring Diagrams, Prepare Control Schematics, Lighting Calculations. Design and Estimate for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects, HT, LT drawings, transformer, DG, wiring, detailed Cable Tray and Trench sizing Calculations, Grounding, Lighting and Power Layouts, Electrical Equipment sizing of Transformers, Switchgears, Generators, Bus Ducts, UPS, Capacitors, Cables, Trays, Lighting and Grounding materials Up to date with current technologies and trends on industry Min Requirement 3-5 years of expirience in a similar Real-estate/Hospitality/Hospital/Co-workingspace/MEP consultancy. Diploma/Bachelors degree. Agile and Dynamic Mindset Individual contributor as well as a team player. Task Mitigation.
