Position Title:

Electrical Engineer

Position Summary:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for identifying and maintaining of all the electrical assets in the plant and associated systems.This is a Safety Critical Position and includes responsibility for all electrical activities on low, high voltage distribution systems, Inspections and Certification to ensure maintenance activities are executed in a safe and efficient manner. Support training of electrical resource of the site. Assist the planning and execution of site shutdown electrical equipment work plans. Perform improvement projects scope for the site electric assets.

:

*Responsible for the overall integrity and reliability of all Electrical Installations, Systems and Equipment for the site. This includes but not limited to trouble-shooting role, reliability improvements developing engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant equipment operations.

*Must have knowledge in electrical maintenance on heavy machinery,

*Installation testing and commissioning of HVAC control system, VFD, Transformers relays ,PDB and MCC panels

*Adept in developing a preventive maintenance schedule and execute it effectively in time

*Optimize equipment according to standard procedure , enhancing performance product quality, ensuring achievement of all KPIs

*Develop and maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure better performance

*Knowledge on QMS & EMS,5S, Inventory management

*Knowledge on maintenance of Forklift, Fire hydrant, DG operation and fire alarming system

Additional Details:

An electrical engineer with 5 year of experience in a process industry with minimum of 1MW power supply system and should be holding a C-License.

Knowledge of Industrial automation will be an advantage

Knowledge of SAP-PM is desirable
