Experience Level 0-2 years Salary Expectation Rs 1,20,000 per annum Location Chennai, India Reporting to Director of the Company Key role & responsibilities  Design Electrical systems for Domestic and Industrial level power plants  Select and design assembled components that meet needs and requirements for Photo voltaic or Control Engineering applications.  Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results  Test and evaluate theoretical designs  Implement designs on site and manage projects  Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety  Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions  Estimate budget and scope of project  Solicit observations from operators  Prepare project reports and documentation  Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods Key competencies required and other requirements  A keen interest in Environment and Energy Efficiency  A minimum of BE degree in EEE without a history of reappearance.  Preferable work experience in Electrical Engineering or as a Site Implementation Engineer  Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD)  Understanding of core concepts including functioning of solar PV plants, Inverters, Charge Controllers, Batteries & monitoring solutions  Energy and Power Monitoring Analysis Skills would be an advantage  Good understanding of safety requirements of power generation plants  Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner  Technical writing skills Practical Requirements  Based out of Chennai  Must be mobile with a valid 2-wheeler license and willing to travel to sites Parameters for Success  Team player  Strong communication skills  Emphasis on safety at workplace  Providing creative engineering solutions Learning Opportunities (what the company offers)  Multi-disciplinary growth opportunities  Opportunity to work with state-of-the art equipment and emerging technology
