Electrical:

• Candidates presently working on core Electrical Engineering Design and Manufacturing Background.
• Need Strong Product design experience.

Skills

• Requires knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function such as Team Center, E3S , AUTOCAD
• Good knowledge in design and development of Electricals Power and Controls for Tools / Machines / Test rigs.

Roles and Responsibility

• Deliver the Electrical Power and Controls modules by owning the end-to-end design,
• Demonstrate understanding of complexities in Remotes, chamber AC box, RF Generator, harness and their schematics
• Ability to improve electrical performance of tools, facilities, using layout optimization, components selection and interconnections
• Provide solution to a variety of engineering problems involving Control Panel Design , Cable Harness Design & Cable Routing.
• Design & drafting of cable harness, control panel using CAD tools ( Zuken E3s )
• Conceptualize the solutions for product issues, improvements and implement solutions.
• Designing and implementing Electricals & AC Panel, or improving electrical tools, facilities, components selection, equipment products.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Conferring with customers, different standards, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications , technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed design calculations.
• Work with global teams to design sub systems / systems of process chambers used in semiconductor equipment industry.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
• Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
• Estimating material, construction / development costs for budget preparation.

• Helping / Guiding in Maintaining electrical equipment.
• Work in hand to hand physically Infront of tool to fix issues related to controller & connections by own without assistance/supervision.

Job Specific Knowledge Knowledge necessary to perform job include:

• Sound knowledge in basics of electrical and electronics engineering.
• Experience in electrical panel design, cable and harness design using any AutoCAD/E-plan /Zuken E3S or any other tool.
• AC Power & control panels design to UL 508A standards IEC & NEMA standards and implement in design.
• Electrical Load Calculation
• Selection of Switch gear, Protections circuit, sensors & Controllers
• Experience on integrating the IO controllers, PLC Controls integration
• Hands on experience in field instrumentation and knowledge about different sensors/ measurement methods.
• Standard industrial communication protocols ( (RS232, RS485, ECAT, ENET))
• Creation of design using any of ECAD tool (EPLAN, E3S, Electrical AutoCAD)
• Knowledge on SEMI S2 & S4 Standards is an added advantage.

Qualifications Education

• Knowledge and skills typically acquired by a completed B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and 8-15 years directly related experience; MS/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge) with 5- 10 years directly related experience preferred.
• Previous work experience to include electrical engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment. Semiconductor equipment industry preferred.
