Detailed description: HW Design Engineer IVI products: Desired Competencies: Shall have good understanding and hands-on experience on_

• high speed design like DDR, LVDS, PCIe etc
• WIFI/BT design and certification process
• various protocols like I2S, HDMI, MIPI from hardware perspective
• USB hardware development and certification process
• apple carplay and android auto certification process from hw perspective.
• RF front end design for tuners/BT/Wifi
• DDR calibration process
• QC, Mediatek, IMX, R-Car SoCs
• Tuner/amplifier/dsp based designs
• board bring up and working with s/w teams
• thermal management of high power dissipating components like SoC/ amplifiers etc
• high speed signal measurement techniques
• EMC testing and debugging
• working cross function teams like mechanical, CAE, sw, production etc
• working with manufacturing teams and design for manufacturing

Job responsibilities:

• Design and Development of circuit schematic, HW/SW Interface document
• Design and development of automotive EMC compliant product,
• Worst case analysis, Thermal design and parts selection for cost competitive design
• Interfacing SoC, DDR, NOR/NAND Flash and high end Microcontrollers
• Coordinating with cross competencies and Sales team
• Design verification and trouble shooting
• Design documentation as per Visteon product development process
• Co-coordinating for product validation

Education: BE or M Tech in Electronics and communication or Control Systems
Skill and Behavior: Should be proficient in communication, good presentation skills, Team performer, analytical thinking and problem solving. Mission of the Role
Design, develop and manage the digital content strategy for Visteon that is forward-looking, and market benchmarked against the best. Focus on the creation of high-quality content aligned to changing business needs and Visteon\xe2\x80\x99s Brand positioning, leading to high business impact.
Key Accountabilities
Content Design and Management

• Manage and organize digital content assets that are easily accessible to all business units
• Drive all steps of content projects from concept, brief writing, approval, and execution, all the way to the evaluation and measurement of each project\xe2\x80\x99s success
• Create highly engaging, dynamic content for multiple channel outputs, including website, social media, and other partner channels
• Collaborate effectively across functions to create inspiring, innovative ideas, in line with current trends, ensuring that Visteon\xe2\x80\x99s brand is developed and consistently applied across a range of channels
• Develop and manage a content calendar
• Prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time producing innovative, high-quality content delivered within budget and in-line with internal expectations

Digital Strategy and Execution

• Develop, manage, and optimize website content strategy, identifying gaps and user experience enhancements
• Develop an SEM/SEO strategy that aligns to and exhibits the brand positioning and accelerates traffic to the Visteon website
• Execute new concepts and develop innovative as well as bold creative ideas in line with current and upcoming trends
• Test site enhancements and functionality as needed
• Work collaboratively with our agencies and guide their day-to-day activity to ensure we are meeting our overall objectives

Qualifications and Characteristics

• Excellent project management skills and ability to set priorities and operate effectively in a fluid environment.
• Detail oriented with the ability to self-manage and meet timelines
• Experience in social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience developing and implementing content to rank for SEO traffic
• Strong comfort level in analyzing data \xe2\x80\x93 highlighting insights to improve both tactical and strategic performance
• Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and Content Management System Tools
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit
