: Job summary CTA team is looking for a Content Writer to join our EE team and enrich our communication collateral with bar raising content. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. If you're familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we'd like to meet you. You will be responsible for delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract organic content generation and boost CTA brand awareness. Key job responsibilities . Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) . Write clear marketing copy to promote high employee experience . Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems . Proofread and edit blog posts before publication . Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic to CTA Connect . Promote content on social media . Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics . Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) . Update webpage content as needed Basic Qualifications : . BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field . Strong copy writing skills, editorial writing also welcome . Adobe CS Suite . MS Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Preferred Qualifications : . Relevant experience working in an e-Commerce environment, ideally in a retail, publishing, or media company . Strong understanding of online UX . Experience of working in a fast-paced environment . Experienced working closely with a Marketing / Commercial department to run campaigns with a clear ROI . Familiarity with web publications . Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
