About our Team Our Clinical Solutions Commercial team is responsible for defining segment-based go-to-market strategies and then driving the execution of those plans. We deliver value by developing an understanding of our customers and the product and content needs for their relevant users. About the Role As an Education Sales Manager, you will promote our health science curriculum materials and electronic products to Higher Education Institutions. Responsibilities . Achieving of new sales, including expansion sales (upsell), revenue growth targets of clinical solutions portfolio in assigned territory. . Creating business solution within your territory. Including customer service, commanding presentations, finely-honed negotiation skills and excellent training skills with both print and electronic products. . Communicating with leadership teams and stakeholders on project requirements, status, obstacles, solutions and team performance. May act as team lead of small teams. . Presenting strategies and plans in an interactive and professional manner to an audience that includes senior leadership and prospective universities . Developing broad and special knowledge of the products and solutions deploys new and multiple sales techniques. Requirements . Have impressive time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment to deliver successful events . Experience in building best-in-class prints and electronic platforms. . Display ability to be self-motivated and multi-task when necessary . Have leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with others through conflicting pressures and priorities while resolving complex issues. . Build the required solution design approvals from business and accountability for delivery assurance and handover to the operational teams. .
