Salary: Annual CTC \xe2\x80\x93 3.0-3.6 Lakhs Job Type: Full Time Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent Technical know-how Job Location: On-Site, Bangalore Only Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (10:00 am-06:30 pm) Mandatory Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum qualification: Graduation \xc2\xb7 Minimum experience: 2-3 years \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience in warehouse & inventory management with preference to e-commerce industry \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills including MS-Excel \xc2\xb7 Effective English communication skills \xc2\xb7 Good command on Kannada Language \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team. Responsibilities to be handled: \xc2\xb7 Supervising & managing warehouse staff and daily activities. \xc2\xb7 Order processing for multiple e-commerce platforms on daily basis \xc2\xb7 Tracking and co-ordinating receipt, storage & receipts for timely delivery of orders \xc2\xb7 Ordering packaging supplies & maintaining suitable inventories \xc2\xb7 Checking orders, bills, returns, inventory & deliveries for accuracy \xc2\xb7 Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and picking/packing of Ecommerce orders. \xc2\xb7 Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies \xc2\xb7 Implementing efficient warehouse processes and best practices to optimize productivity and reduce errors. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Ecommerce order processing systems and software to ensure seamless order management. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate order shipments \xc2\xb7 Handling customer returns, sales returns, and managing the reverse logistics process effectively.
